This title design project explored the visual language of psychological horror through unsettling motion, textured footage treatments, and eerie atmospheric design. Using distorted visuals, layered textures, abrupt transitions, and cinematic pacing, the piece aimed to create tension and unease while building intrigue around the fictional film’s narrative. The project focused heavily on mood creation and striking title animation, experimenting with how typography, sound-driven timing, and visual degradation techniques can heighten suspense and emotional discomfort.

Alternative Direction: This secondary exploration shifts focus toward depth and tactile textures, experimenting with a different visual layer to challenge the core concept. By varying the degradation techniques and structural layers, this iteration offers a distinct, equally unsettling perspective on the film's psychological themes.
